The Client’s Need
Atlantic Family Dentistry is located in a highly competitive area that is home to 20+ dentists for a small geographic location. Atlantic maintained a top sales spot in the local market with word-of-mouth referral traffic and repeat customers, but they wanted to gain market share.
Current marketing strategies included an outdated website and a logo that didn’t fit the business or the area. They knew a digital presence was necessary but didn’t know where to begin.
First, we met with Atlantic Family Dentistry to understand their customer base and develop a strategy to target their demographics.
We started by redesigning the logo to fit the area and dentistry practice, followed by recreating their website into a cross-device, friendly design.
With the starting blocks of the campaign complete, it was time to focus on the other strategies that drive traffic to the site. For this, we implemented an aggressive SEO and LSEO campaign, an interaction based social media campaign, and printed material necessary to strengthen returning customers.
The results were prolific. Atlantic saw an increase in profits and social media followers, a decreased bounce rate, and reached the top spot on several keyword searches.
