The Client’s Need

The Trump Group, not to be confused with Donald, is a large global real estate investment and development firm based out of New York that was in need of a proprietary email platform to invite clients to the US Open Tennis Tournament. The invite list included foreign dignitaries, politicians, CEO’s of multi-billion corporations, and other high-net-worth individuals, which demanded a heightened level of digital privacy.

The new email application needed to be automated, highly secure, featured with an auto-fill calendar, an analytical tracking system, custom email templates and integration.

The Solution

Planning was the main focus due to the complexity of the email platform, so a detailed workflow and action plan was compiled first.

The Trump Group was able to track the ticket count, along with each recipients response via an internal database synced to the email analytics function. Constant testing throughout each level of development was crucial for accuracy and project deadline. The extreme nature of the platforms trigger-based feature interaction was completely customized, allowing a proprietary asset exclusive for the client.
